Atlanta Airport Terminal

The Atlanta Airport Terminal is a "state of the art" facility intended to provide for a wide variety of activities, including ticketing and baggage claims. The suspended tile ceiling is stepped at 13', 17', 20' and 23' above the floor, affording a unique lighting challenge. The designer, Joyce Kelly, chose Sportlite's LX8 T42 21ABSQ P16W to replace the 440 w Metal Halides previously used in the facility. The North and South terminals utilize 300+ luminaires in each. There were 40+ fc on the floor when measured.
Joyce Kelly designed the facility while residing in the Atlanta area, but she has now relocated to Tucson, Arizona.
